Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-value accounts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieving mutual business growth.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, overseeing their account needs, and driving business growth through targeted strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals, offering tailored solutions, and identifying new opportunities for expansion. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Create and execute account strategies to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, etc.) to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Develop and present quarterly or annual business reviews to clients, showcasing the value and impact of the partnership.
  • Monitor and track account performance, ensuring KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client market conditions to proactively offer solutions and support.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on account status, sales forecasts, and opportunities for internal teams and leadership.
  • Lead or participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with a focus on high-value clients.
  • Strong understanding of sales, account management, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years.
