Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our operations team in driving efficiency across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Operations Manager and other senior staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to necessary documents.
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure effective coordination of tasks and projects.
- Prepare and process operational reports, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to the team.
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal teams, addressing concerns or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or support role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
