Position Overview:
Landscape Foremen lead a crew and are responsible for executing daily landscape maintenance or installation operations efficiently while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape crews
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Manage daily jobsite production and efficiency
- Operate landscaping equipment and trucks
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with management regarding site conditions
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
- Maintain clean and organized trucks and trailers
- Complete jobsite reports and service documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years landscaping experience
- Leadership and crew management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
